Paytient
Building a scalable & human centered design foundation
Together with Tiago Viana, I crafted and deployed Paytient’s first design system to streamline its visual language and improve scalability across platforms. Over a 2-year period, we led a major redesign informed by both field and virtual user research, laying the foundation for broader product expansion. With the new system in place, we aligned product goals with business needs, reducing delinquency, increasing utilization, and unlocking new functionality. During this time, Paytient established itself as the first and leading Health Payment Account (HPA), growing from a small startup into a mid-sized company with triple the team size and 10x more active users. Notably, ease of use became one of the most mentioned themes in over 4,000 Trustpilot reviews.

Designing the digital heartbeat of a centenary football club
As Lead Product Designer at 7egend, I drove Valencia CF’s digital transformation during their centenary year, reimagining how the club connects with fans and runs its operations. I led the design of their official mobile app and e-commerce platform, integrating live match content, news, stadium access, and ticketing into a seamless experience. Key features like Single Sign-On, polls, and multimedia tools boosted engagement, while the insourced e-commerce platform gave the club full control over revenue streams. This fan-first, end-to-end system united engagement and business operations across web and mobile touchpoints.
Nagarro
Scaling a global brand through a atomic design system
Over three years, I led the design of Nagarro’s global design system and modular marketing platform, uniting 20+ business units across 30+ countries. Built on atomic design principles, the platform enabled lead generation, talent acquisition, event promotion, and research distribution. I was also part of the inHouse team responsible to design Nagarro’s new brand identity and then went to supervise its implementation that included a omni-channel strategy to announce and support the company’s IPO.

As Product Design Lead and Creative Director at 7egend, I led a team of 4 designers from concept to launch to relaunch the official online store of Portugal’s National Team after their Euro 2016 victory. We designed a mobile-first, fan-focused experience that became FPF’s main sales channel, attracting around 100k monthly users.

A rapid response to COVID-19 confusion in Portugal
At the height of early-pandemic uncertainty, I conceived and led the creation of Posso? (Can I?) - a web app designed to cut through the noise and provide clear, up-to-date answers about COVID-19 restrictions in Portugal. Built with a small team in just four weeks, it used a simple, friendly card-based search engine to make evolving rules easy to understand. Without any ad spend, it reached 60,000+ users in four months and earned national press coverage, proving how fast, user-first design can fill critical gaps in public communication.
